Erlys Rodriguez is delivery oriented architectural designer with a strong passion for detail and project management. Rodiriguez is experienced in project delivery from conception to completion and can collaborate with the client and the construction team in a flexible and detailed manner. Rodriguez’s experience crosses a broad spectrum of specialties including institutional, residential, hotel, and restaurant/hospitality projects. While receiving his education in Havana Cuba, Rodiriguez was able to specialize in management of heritage architecture in a variety of locations including Spain, Mexico, Russia, as well as the Dominican Republic.Rodriguez prioritizes applying this knowledge and experience through his professional practice in the United States by considering local identity and culture within each design that he has the opportunity to be a part of.

Select Project Experience

Renovation & Addition: Case Reina- St. Augustine, Florida. Completed 2021
Casa Reina is a “bookend” site of Avineda Menendez Bayfront Street. This project reacts to existing architecture as well as seamlessly incorporates new roof top outdoor dining. New Construction: O-ku – Jacksonville Beach, Florida. Completed 2021.
CD+UrbanStudio’s O-Ku sushi restaurant focuses on a contemporary approach to architecture with emphasis on rooftop dining and engagement at the street level.
